Our Story
Ikeda is a legacy. Our company was created in honor of the beloved wife of our Owner & CEO James McDonald, who passed away from Cancer in March 2025. It was her inspiration, strength, grace, and resilience that continue to fuel our mission. Her spirit lives on in everything we do from the way we treat our customers, to the integrity we bring to every rental, to the standards we set for safety and service. At Ikeda, we believe in turning pain into purpose, and building something that helps people move forward both on the road and in life.

- A debit or credit card in your name for the security deposit and payment
Yes, we accept bank issued debit cards with proper identification and proof of insurance. Reloadable cards & Cash App cards are not accepted.
You must be at least 21 years old to rent from Ikeda. Renters under 25 may be subject to a young driver fee.
No, Insurance is not included. You may use your existing transferrable personal auto insurance, or you may purchase our optional rental protection packages for an additional fee.
